**Your key responsibilities**:
The Advisory Solutions team covers the range of managed investment solutions including ETFs, mutual funds as well as alternative investments. The specialist will be primarily responsible for ongoing product management and the maintenance of the APAC funds platform. They will also support advisory efforts to provide managed investment solutions for clients. This includes assessing product needs and providing regular follow-on updates.

The objective is to ensure the smooth maintenance of our funds product platform to support business needs.
- Maintenance of the regional platform for Funds and Alternatives investments through collaboration with leading global asset managers.
- Content production of regular updates: fund data, commentary, product documents etc.
- Operational set ups of Funds, ETFs, and Alternatives to facilitate orders/transfers. Additionally maintain regular checks to ensure correct securities set up and mapping.
- Regular update of the regional fund lists to ensure accuracy, and availability of the data.
- Regular oversight of fund transfer process for all funds.
- Support the production of marketing materials and regular fund updates to facilitate sales.
- Prepare sales and exposure reporting to key stakeholders, ensuring sales efforts are effectively monitored and directed.
- Ensure regulatory processes and reports are adhered to
- Project management on new process initiatives
- Proactively ensuring information related to products and platforms is accurate, adhering to Deutsche Bank Private Bank’s internal processes.
- Work with a multi-location team spread across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai in a coordinated approach.
- Participate in writing key operating procedures, maintain organized records of DB internal approvals, review existing processes for effectiveness and devise new processes or streamline as needed.
- Build relationships, co-ordinate and engage with DB internal control functions and various other teams across the value chain.
- Collaborate with asset managers in providing / organizing fund launches / updates for internal sales or client events
- Perform funds comparison analyses across a range of asset classes and parameters

**Your skills and experience**:

- At least 5 years of investment products related experience is required with a strong understanding of funds
- Strong experience and interest in markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes
- Individuals with industry knowledge and background from Wealth Management, Private Banking and Asset Management firms
- Minimum Bachelors degree or the equivalent in finance or related discipline
- Exhibit strong communication (verbally & written), interpersonal and organizational skills when engaging internally and externally with clients
- The specialist will need to be able to work independently and multi task within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external).
- They should possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen desire to excel.
- Fluency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin speaking clients
- Team player that is self-motivated
- Ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively
