Responsibilities To support Marketing team's targets at meeting their financial budgets To support the scope of dealing activities for self-directed clients who require prompt access into the markets To provides a central function to both internal and external clients & support on dealing related matters on the equities, fixed income & structured products To increase revenue across centres where feasible To provide value-add and quality service to both internal and external clients, including managing calls from trading hotline To provide a platform of proficient and efficient trade executions Trade monitoring, reconciliation, investigation and prompt reporting of trades Address & assist with the dealing related queries and issues of all clients Address & assist with the process of cross-bookings into the respective centres Assist with the smooth process flows of traded products & securities to the back-end Managing & mitigating all dealing
