Executive Assistant to The Vp of Field Engineering

Are you ready to be part of a hyper-growth technology company? We are looking for an outstanding Executive Assistant to work with our Vice President of Field Engineering for APJ. The role would report into our Vice President of Field Engineering for APJ. Executive Assistants align with our executives to ensure we meet the needs of our customers, partners, and employees. **The impact you will have**:

- Be the first contact for the department and the VP, communicate with relevant contacts and determine priorities for incoming queries and requests while ensuring all queries and requests are addressed promptly
- Perform complex and confidential administrative responsibilities including independently preparing correspondences, meeting minutes and memos
- Manage the VP's schedules, provide logístical support to ensure appropriate meeting, travel, accommodation and event arrangements are made
- Work with the VP to ensure they are prepared for meetings, interviews, travel, and briefings
- Ensure that competing demands are prioritised and resolved accordingly
- Set agendas, create meeting notes and action items from weekly staff meetings
- Perform general research work including preparation of background documents presentation slides, drafts of simple correspondences, and background information for appointments, consolidate relevant data, and produce reports
- Help with budget planning, usage, reporting and related matters
- Coordinate all contractual activities and approvals related to the department's service providers and consultants
- Coordinate with other assistants in delivering complex tasks

**What we look for**:

- 8+ years of applicable administrative experience, in a global software organisation
- 5+ years of experience partnering with senior executives
- Service-oriented and detail-attentive
- Handle sensitive corporate information
- Proficiency in verbal/written English
- Required to travel
