The primary responsibilities of the incumbent include Ordering Forecast updates and Follow-Up with factories, Monthly Sales and Stock Info Reporting/ Updating, and Sales & Purchasing Admin tasks (when necessary).
【 What you will be doing 】
Ordering Forecast Updates for AHTH (Thailand Factory)
- Ordering Forecast Updates
- for REF, WM, VAC, RC, SHO, and WP, on a Bi-Weekly basis.
- Receiving orders from the Sales Team and updating Ordering files to send to the respective AHTH Product PIC.
- Ensure Ordering files and Specs Sheets from AHTH are correct, and check for Newly Added Models/ Colors, and any Discontinued Models from each AHTH Product PIC.
MIJ Ordering/ PO Issuance for HGLS (Japan Factory)
- Update All MIJ Ordering
- REF, WM, VAC, RC, MWO for Export/ Singapore/ Re-Export, and send PO to each HGLS PIC- 1st week of each month.
- Follow up with the Sales Team on the customer orders and update PSI (For Singapore)
- Share HGLS reply to the Sales Team and SIN Local (Update PSI). Once all details are agreed upon, acquire signed approval from the Head
- Of Product Planning, and reply to HGLS.
Advance Forecast Updating
- Work with the Sales Team to share Quarterly/ 3 Months” Forecasts for Ordering Updates.
- Update AHTH and HGLS of the Sales Forecast in advance, for their production planning.
Monthly Sales and Stock Report Updating
- Assist to generate system reports at every Month's End - Complete reporting within 4-5 working days (before each Monthly Manager Meeting).
- Submit timely reports as required by HQ,
Responsible for any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

- Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Sales & Purchasing Admin is preferred.
- Self-motivated with minimum guidance.
- Basic Excel & MS Office skills required.
- Fluent English communication for smooth communication with customers
- ** Working Hour**: 8:45 ~ 17:35
