We are licensed by the Singapore Tourism Board and focus on providing professional tourism service, as well as advanced study and overseas exchange programmes. Our business covers the major outbound regions in Asia, mainly Singapore, and our customers cover Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hunan, Hubei and other places in China. We maintain long-standing collaborations with top universities such as Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and the National University of Singapore (NUS). With over 11 years of experience in this field, we ensure that each student engages in deep, hands-on learning. Additionally, in 2019, we co-founded the Nanyang Cultural Fund with NTU to promote cultural and artistic exchanges between China and Singapore.

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities/主要职责:
深入了解旅游行业的多元业务 (资源采购、出境设计、产品协作)

Gain full-spectrum exposure to the travel industry through structured rotation across key business areas

Work alongside experienced travel professionals and grow rapidly in your expertise

参与有趣的项目设计与新产品开发

Contribute to exciting new initiatives and product development

协助设计/整理课程与营会资料(如AI/环保文化类项目)

Assist in preparing course materials and camp content

支援新加坡旅游资源(酒店、景点、交通等)协调与归档

Support local travel resources coordination and documentation

协助撰写宣传文案、项目回顾、PPT或canva视觉内容

Help with marketing copywriting, post-program summaries, slides & Canva materials

整理客户名单、协助活动执行、参与项目拍照与记录

Participate in event support, documentation, and material organization

每周参与团队讨论，了解实际项目流程与行业逻辑

Join weekly team briefings to learn project workflows and industry insights

What We're Looking For:

- 对教育、旅游、文化内容感兴趣 Interest in Travel / Education
- 主动、认真、有条理，擅长整理与执行任务 Proactive, reliable, and organized in handling multiple tasks

熟悉PPT、Canva、ChatGPT等工具加分Familiarity with PPT, Canva, ChatGPT or similar tools is a plus
- 中英文沟通无障碍 Comfortable with bilingual (Chinese &English) communication
- 每周至少实习5天，优先考虑能连续实习6个月及以上的同学 Able to commit at least 5 working days/week, preferably 6 months or longer
