5 days’ work week

Mondays to Fridays from 8:45 AM to 6:15 PM

Work location: 8 Gul Circle Singapore 629564

Company transport provided from Boon Lay MRT station

As an Operations Executive, you will play an essential role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Booking and managing travel arrangements**:
Coordinate transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and other related services for our sales team, ensuring a seamless travel experience.

**Liaising with travel suppliers and vendors**:
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best booking deals, maintaining strong relationships with them.

**Compliance and safety**:
Ensure adherence to legal regulations and health and safety requirements, keeping our operations aligned with industry standards.

**Customer service excellence**:
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, promptly addressing any travel-related complaints or issues.

**Problem-solving and solution provision**:
Identify the root cause of problems and deliver satisfactory solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Monitoring and analysis**:
Stay up-to-date with travel trends and market conditions, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

**Industry awareness**:
Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market changes, enabling proactive responses and strategic decision-making.

**Travel policies and procedures**:
Develop and implement travel policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

**Ad-hoc duties**:
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Degree/Diploma/Certification in travel and tourism is advantageous.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry.

Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Good understanding of different travel products and services, ensuring accurate and informed decision-making.

Ability to thrive under pressure and work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
