Jia Ying operates two Active Aging Centres serving seniors and their families at blocks 19 and 25, Hougang Avenue 3.

**About the Role**
We are looking for an administrative executive to support Jia Ying’s finance and administrative operations. This role will report to the Finance/Admin Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Simple bookkeeping / accounting entry into the accounting system.
- Keep track of all monthly payments and expenditures, including purchase orders and direct invoices.
- Perform general administrative functions including sourcing and purchasing.
Provide administrative support to fund raising activities, reaching out to potential donors and assist in curating social media campaigns.
**Requirements**:
- Experience working in the social service sector and fund raising is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member.
- Proficient in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office
