Marketing Automation Specialist

We are a Singapore-based healthcare and technology company, that recently raised Series A, looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our expanding team and supercharge our goal to impact more lives.
**Job Overview**:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing automation strategies and campaigns. You will be responsible for leveraging marketing automation tools to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a cutting-edge healthcare technology company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Create and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align marketing automation initiatives with business objectives.
- Implement lead scoring models and workflows to nurture leads and move them through the marketing and sales funnels.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous optimization.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, segment audiences, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Implement and maintain marketing automation best practices, standards, and governance policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to marketing automation and suggest innovative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing automation campaigns.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and experience in campaign development and execution.
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
- Familiarity with data management and segmentation best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in the healthcare or health tech industry.
- Certification in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
