AT ESET, our Marketing Automation Specialist plays a key role in improving channel support for APAC distributors and resellers.

You will drive awareness where the marketing automation will generate the highest impact and focus on the top priority areas. Based in our Singapore office, you will support our channel-driven sales organization and the growing network of partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve results of ESET’s sales and marketing activities by implementing tools and automated campaigns that will achieve the highest conversion rates in terms of acquisition, retention and lifecycle and value.
- Ownership of marketing automation tools (Responsys, Eloqua, IPM and others) & assurance of constant awareness of platform development, updates & new features.
- Be responsible for marketing automation strategy and implementation in key market
- Work closely with stakeholders to achieve campaign goals - ensure quality, accuracy and approvals for each campaign launch.
- Nurture leads with information/campaigns to increase their understanding of ESET services and unique differentiators with relevant customer use cases.
- Maintain ongoing reports and compile data for analysis to identify enhancement opportunities and possibilities for marketing automation development.
- Set and advocate marketing automation priorities with analytics, design, product, policy, business development and execution.
- Build structures, process, and guidance for working with local marketing teams operating in key markets.
- Supervise creation, launches and scheduling of marketing automation campaigns (including preparation and optimization, data imports and validation of distribution lists).
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure and Systems team for rollout of marketing automation tools.

**What will help you stand out from the rest**
- At least 5 years’ experience with relevant online (web or CRM/CLM) marketing experience preferred
- Strong project management skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent copy-editing and copy-writing skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in analyzing and interpreting marketing data, web analytics and/or statistics
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with Oracle Responsys platform or other marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo or similar

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,200.00 per month
