**Purpose of job**:
Reporting to the Brand & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for Segments & Marketing Automation. He/She will manage and executes all segment-based and lifecycle marketing projects/campaigns/programs to drive engagements and conversions. He/She would be responsible for planning, implementing, optimising and monitoring all marketing automation related activities across existing platforms like Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC). Experiences in managing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Eloqua, Mailchimp, Intercom, Marketo, Responsys, Instant Messaging Platform Business, etc. is a must.

**Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties**:

- Coordinate with comms team to develop creative copy and content (writing) for direct comms channels.
- Identify, develop and execute strategic communications plans with measurable objectives relating to engagement and ROI; manage and coordinate direct comms calendar.
- Promote products and services through customised direct comms initiatives to relevant target segments.
- Coordinate with Digital marketing team to determine objectives and targets for performance-driven campaign.
- Conduct test-and-learn experiment such as A/B testing to drive potential uplift in engagements and conversions.
- Drive collection of stakeholder testimonials and quotes to add value to employer branding activities, including article generation.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned including but not limited to brand & communication management such as social community management, events, etc.
- Possesses at least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Marketing.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Automation experience across Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Eloqua and other relevant platforms is a must.
- Excellent writing and copy-editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Good influencing and relationship building skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and with high level of initiative.
- Able to manage multiple projects/ tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Be a strong team player.
- Possesses strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
