DESIGNATION : Senior Executive, E-Commerce

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an E-Commerce Senior Executive to lead our online Marketplace for our eCommerce products and services. This role will support the planning, development and implementation of Singapore EXPO's e-commerce platform, as well as coordinating with clients and vendors on order fulfilments and support the development and execution of on-site and online marketing initiatives to drive sales and fulfilment.
- Support the planning, development, and implementation of the company owned sales online platform
- Support the development of company's e-commerce strategy, including defining and setting best practices for eCommerce content management, update documentation and ensure best practice is maintained across the website
- Build and work with wider teams, partners and vendors and be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the E-Commerce operations web development, content management, order fulfilment, pricing management
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a comms strategy to increase sales by driving awareness of the platform and drive conversion
- Plan, implement and track sales to optimize results and meet commercial goals and KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in E-Commerce Channel Management.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, ROI driven.
- Strong project management abilities, including the coordination of multiple tasks and stakeholders and the ability to manage deadlines.
