Seeking for an Executive/Senior Executive, E-Commerce. Reporting to the E-commerce Manager, this person will assist in e-commerce operations and execute promotional strategies in line with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand's objectives are achieved. E-Commerce Operations Assist the E-commerce Manager to spearhead the strategic development of our eCommerce business Liaising closely with our enabler(s) to ensure smooth daily operations Support the planning and execution of e-commerce campaigns Manage Shopee/ Tiktok Livestreams Measure effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities Support the planning and execution of marketing plans for new product launches, etc. to boost brand visibility and awareness Manage and maintain the brand's presence on social media platforms Manage the daily operations and promotional campaigns Measure effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities Monitoring of marketplace onsite ads to ensure cost efficiency and ROI are according to target and budget. Monitor inventory to ensure healthy stock levels Optimizing inventory health and sufficiency for each platform Ensure new product launches reach enabler(s) warehouse before official product launch date Brand website Web merchandising including ensuring updated listings and store maintenance for THE WHOO & THEFACESHOP brand website Communicate with enabler(s) to do website revamp & follow up on any required maintenance contract or server maintenance Administrative Check of sales order report/return report from enabler(s) and key out sales/return in SAP Check income report reconciliation report from enabler(s)Key in Web
