**What You’ll Be Doing**

**1. Project Planning and Scheduling**
- Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, including procurement and execution.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

**2. Budget & Cost Management**
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and manage change orders to ensure financial efficiency.

**3. Site Management and Safety Compliance**
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and identify potential risks.
- Oversee site operations, including safety protocols, groundworks, and construction activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**4. Risk Management**
- Implement quality control procedures to guarantee high standards of construction work.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to define project requirements.
- Foster strong relationships through effective communication and regular updates.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives, scope, and deliverables with client needs.

**6. Reporting & Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and secure all necessary permits and approvals.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Qualifications**: Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years** of project management experience in the construction industry.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- **Expertise**: Knowledge of safety standards, local regulations, and project risk management.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month

- 13th month salary
