The Role

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our interior design projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for someone in the growth phase of their design career — confident in leading project delivery, yet eager to evolve alongside a passionate, fast-paced team.

You'll serve as the vital link between our clients, design team, and site contractors, ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full project lifecycle — from kick-off to handover — ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
  • Liaise closely with designers, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate schedules, materials, and execution.
  • Oversee site progress, quality control, and troubleshoot on-site issues in real time.
  • Prepare, review, and track project documentation including quotations, contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Ensure alignment between design intent, client expectations, and site implementation.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets and timelines to avoid overruns or delays.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders and escalate critical issues as needed.
Who We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in interior design or construction project management.
  • Looking to take on greater responsibility and ownership in a collaborative design setting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills — both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to multitask and manage several ongoing projects under tight timelines.
  • Team player with a solution-driven mindset and a strong eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with interior construction processes, materials, and vendor management.
