The Role

ProjectGuru is an established interior design firm with over 10 years of experience delivering residential projects across Singapore. We're hiring Sales Interior Designers who are confident managing clients, guiding projects, and closing deals — with the backing of an experienced team, smooth workflows, and a trusted supplier network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the sales and design side of things, and wants a work environment that values flexibility, trust, and straightforward collaboration.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Meet homeowners to understand their goals, lifestyle needs, and budget
  • Propose layout ideas, materials, and overall design direction
  • Prepare quotations and close projects (with commission and bonus incentives)
  • Manage your projects from consultation to handover, with support from our in-house drafting team
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timelines and expectations are met
  • Follow up on leads and contribute to sales efforts with the team

What We're Looking For
  • Some experience in a sales-based interior design role — or a strong sense of what makes a good sales designer
  • You enjoy meeting people and guiding them through the renovation journey
  • You're confident presenting ideas and managing your own pipeline
  • Able to work independently and communicate clearly with clients and suppliers
  • Familiar with basic space planning, materials, and general design workflows
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Suite is a plus — but not a dealbreaker

A diploma in Interior Design is helpful but not essential — we're open to meeting people with relevant experience and good instincts.
