We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing interior spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other vendor professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments.

Collaborate with clients to determine their goals, needs, and budget for the interior design project.
Develop design concepts, including color schemes, materials, textures, and furniture layouts, that align with the client's vision and functional requirements.
Create detailed interior design plans, drawings, and 3D renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software or other design tools.
Select and source materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures, and accessories that enhance the overall design concept.
Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, and other partner vendor professionals to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Present design proposals and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary.
Prepare accurate project cost estimates and budgets, considering materials, labor, and other expenses.
Oversee the installation and implementation of design elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging design technologies to continually enhance design capabilities.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, design specifications, and correspondence with clients and vendors.

**Requirements**:
Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful projects, is a plus.
Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools.
Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, space planning, and building codes and regulations.
Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices and materials is desirable.
Familiarity with current interior design trends and industry best practices.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
