**Responsibilities**:

- Drive OTC growth acceleration across APAC BUs
- Drive Innovation acceleration and help drive global innovation pipeline to be fit for purpose in APAC
- Partner cross-functionally with category, R&D, APAC Region & BUs in landing innovation with scale and focus on mid/long term innovation pipeline
- Partner with APAC OTC Business Acceleration Lead and APAC Innovation Lead in executing global brand strategies and priorities on power brands

**Requirements**:

- 8-10 years+ experience in sales & marketing across large business/markets.
- Experience in Regional/Global roles in a matrix structure
- Experience in OTC or regulatory constrained Consumer Healthcare businesses
- Ideally prior experience in Innovation design and delivery roles
