** Location will either be Singapore, Korea, or Japan but other locations within Asia are supported **
As a Global Mobility Specialist at ASM, you will help shape the Global Mobility space within a growing company. Support employees around the world while they are relocating to another country and ensure compliance in all the jurisdictions we operate. Support the Senior Global Mobility Manager in all day-to-day operations for the internal ASM company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Be the day-to-day contact to support the end-to-end process for Global Mobility especially in the APAC region.
- Run Global Mobility activities associated with the assignment lifecycle, across all business areas within agreed procedures, standards, and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements.
- Maintain team and customer relationships through advice, support, and continuous improvement, providing a great experience first time, every time.
- Act as a point of contact with our main suppliers with the Senior Global Mobility Manager.
**Requirements**:
- At least +5 years of relevant work experience in HRM/International Mobility
- **Location will either be Singapore, Korea, or Japan** but other locations are supported
- Ideally knowledge of immigration processes within APAC
- Affinity with social security
- Experience with working with external vendors and managing the delivery of services
- Experience with a GM software package (such as Assignment Pro, etc)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive mentality
- Interest or experience in working with different cultures.
