FIS’ Mobility Solutions team sits in our People Operations team within The People Office (TPO). Our Mobility Solutions include traditional global mobility, global business travel, cross border virtual working and global immigration. We are looking for a Strategic Global Mobility Partner to champion our mobility strategy, govern our mobility operations, lead on mobility projects and play a role in the evolution of talent mobility at FIS. This role reports directly to the Head of Mobility Solutions. Join this dynamic global team for a chance to build FIS’ future.

**What you will be doing**:
To enable this, you will:
**Stakeholder management**
- Champion the mobility strategy and purpose, mission, vision with the Mobility Solutions team, third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Business and TPO leads, people partners, payroll, finance, and other colleagues in ‘The People Office’ to enable a collaborative and holistic approach to the management of Mobility Solutions.
- Be part of a team of 8 people and have line manager responsibilities.

**Vendor Management and Governance**
- Ensure governance and compliance across all Mobility Solutions, including; traditional assignments (short term, long term, international transfer and commuter), global business travel and cross border virtual working.,
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services from the third-party vendors providing services to all key stakeholders against agreed KPIs.
- Actively participate (with the opportunity to take a lead role) in vendor relationships and reviews.
- Be a point of escalation for employees, managers, and vendors in relation to the Mobility experience.

**Data and Technology**
- Collaborate with the Mobility Solutions, vendors and other TPO colleagues to clearly define, measure and improve the employee experience.
- Leverage data insights to evidence and articulate how Mobility Solutions enables business talent strategy and adds measurable value.
- Identify automation opportunities within Mobility Solutions and ensure that we are using our third-party vendor’s technology to it’s full potential.

**Evolution of Mobility Solutions**
- Play an active role in future mobility solutions program enhancements and transformation projects, including policy review and technology implementation/s.
- Share and celebrate in the success of Mobility Solutions as a tool for career development and talent lever.
- Keep up to date with mobility best practices and make recommendations on potential program enhancements.
- Keep up to date with organizational announcements and changes that might impact Mobility Solutions, particularly from the business groups you support.

**What you bring**:

- Strong experience in global mobility, preferably 6 years or more experience
- Experience with global mobility tax, payroll or immigration is required
- Project management and change management experience is desirable
- Experience of business travel and remote working is desirable
- Client focused and highly responsive
- An analytical mindset
- Innovative and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate with impact
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace, changing environment and adapt effectively in ambiguous situations
- High attention to detail.
- Be based in the Asia Pacific region.
