**Our client is a Swiss luxury goods group known for its prestigious brands in the areas of jewelry, watches, fashion, and accessories. They are looking for a Boutique Manager are demonstrates exceptional people management skills, able to inspire and develop their team to successful results.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate sales leadership for staff and set performance targets for teams and individuals with relevant KPIs.
- Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills, at any given time, with VIP clients / new customers
- Responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the boutique in accordance with brand guidelines and concepts.
- Weekly follow-up with regional head office for stock replenishments and active order requests.
- Compliance with procedures and legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
- Ensure coaching of team individual and collective objectives, via (but not limited to) team meetings, job training, appraisals, anticipation of training needs, distribution of tasks, and feedback on expectations
- Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Prior experience in people management, and proven track record in successfully managing a strong team
- Appreciation of Luxury and passion for service and client-orientation
- Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
