As a Guest Relations Agent, you are responsible for all restaurant bookings and general administration duties within the department. Your role will include key responsibilities of providing fast, efficient, courteous service at all times to guests, as well as:

- Handling and managing reservations process through various communication platforms.
- Handle enquiries and ensure all reservation related information are accurately entered into the system.
- Always have full knowledge about the restaurants, promotions and special events.
- Work closely with restaurant venues in supporting all related booking enquiries.
- Maintain efficient communication with Outlet Managers, F&B management and other departments in order to facilitate smooth operation
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform daily/weekly updates on the reservations reports and submit to the Management.
- Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head or Management.
- This is an office-based job.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Experience in upscale dining a plus.
- Highly organised.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Good written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Being familiar with Zendesk, Sevenrooms and/or any other online table reservation system would be an additional advantage.
- Flexible to work weekends / Ability to work flexible hours.
- Salary will commensurate with experience.
