Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Specialist to join our team. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth project execution, including scheduling, resource coordination, and planning. Responsibilities also include assisting with financial tasks such as invoice preparation, quote tracking, and budget monitoring, while managing documentation and preparing progress reports. Additionally, the position serves as the main liaison between clients and the Project Manager, supports workshop logistics, coordinates events, manages vendors, and contributes to risk management by identifying issues, implementing mitigation strategies, and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (particularly Google Forms), MS Office, and Excel, with a solid understanding of formulas and data analysis.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused approach.
