**About our group**:
**About the role - you will**:

- Interview Scheduling : Coordinate with the scheduling and logístical set up for site support at the meeting venue in Woodlands (Talent Hub)
- Collaboration: Advise hiring manager on the recruitment process and provide guidance where needed, ensuring that the hiring is in compliance with corporate and local laws for country of hiring. Build and maintain strong business partnership with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs
- Other Ad hoc duties : Participate in regional projects and programs as required and support continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function

**About you**:

- Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivity
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and working with multiple priorities
- Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
- Target-oriented, meticulous and able to work independently
- Effective communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

**Your experience includes**:

- Ability to understand the hiring needs and manage the recruitment support for Direct Labor (DL) workforce
- Prior experience in an engineering / technical / manufacturing environment preferred

**Location**:
The Shugart site (named after Seagate’s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available.
