**Position Title: Business Head**

**Location**:Singapore
- Experience of heading a marketing agency
- Exposure to Client Servicing and handling large teams
- The role will be responsible for managing the overall PnL of the Singapore business to the tune of 4 Million per annum. Would be responsible for business development and liaising with the delivery teams in India and Singapore to ensure smooth delivery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall PnL of the Singapore division and ensure smooth running of operations and delivery.
- Network with clients to establish future business prospects and be responsible for the company’s annual turnover for both topline and bottomline.
- Hiring and managing the team responsible for project management and delivery.
- Work with the offshore team in India responsible for IT, design and tele support to ensure smooth delivery of projects for all client requirements.
- Liaison with the leadership team in India for goal setting, future business planning and other key aspects of running a profitable business.
- Look out for potential business opportunities and growth in other markets in South Asia as future avenues for expansion.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- 15+ years of experience in the field of marketing.
- A proven track record of managing and driving large teams.
- Working knowledge of the overall profit and loss statement for a mid-size company.
- Creative and innovative blend of mind is must.
- Strong team management and organizational skills.
