Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or retail/carrier industry in a strategic/Go-to-Market role.

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent practical experience, such as management consulting
- Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives on a global scale.
- Experience in forecasting, Profit and Loss analysis, go-to-market, channel management, or sales functions.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level, and experience launching new products and/or programs successfully in the marketplace.
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to assess and analyze market and competitive information to produce comprehensive industry analysis and provide guidance on where markets are headed.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

**About the job**:
The Devices and Services team’s mission is to create radically helpful experiences for users by combining the best of Google Hardware, Software and AI. Our product portfolio consists of consumer hardware products (i.e. Pixel) and subscription services (i.e. Stadia). The Partnerships team within Devices and Services is responsible for managing partnerships with our carriers, retailers, enterprise verticals and Google Store, including developing country strategy, channel strategy, discussing commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share and volume/business growth goals.

Within the Partnerships team, the Business Management team works cross-functionally to set the overall sales strategy, ensure channel and partner launch readiness, and manage quarterly and long-term business planning and sales goal achievement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead development of go-to-market strategy for portfolio by partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams across APAC region.
- Work closely with Global Go-to-market teams to align on the broader business and sustainability goals, and manage the scaling of the business in a sustainable and profitable manner.
- Work closely with APAC demand planning and country sales teams, to drive a growth pipeline for the business in the medium term and chart out the long term strategy for APAC.
- Responsible for understanding the country promotional calendars, provide guidance to countries to improve effectiveness of spends.
- Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers, competitive environment, trends and operating metrics.
