Singapore National Council of Social Service Full time

**What the role is**
- 1. Implement and monitor post-course evaluations to ensure that SSI courses are effective and relevant to the social service sector
2. Prepare and perform data analysis using post-course evaluation reports
3. Perform and manage functions of the quality assurance unit to support overall direction of SSI
4. Collaborate with relevant teams to develop, strengthen, implement, and communicate improvements in internal processes such that they mees all internal and external audit requirements
5. Participate in SSI projects when assigned

1. Administer and analyse L1 to L4 evaluations using Kirkpatrick’s Evaluation Model to ensure that the evaluation outcomes meet stakeholder’s (e.g. SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), MSF) requirements

2. Present outcome evaluation findings to relevant stakeholders (e.g. SSG, MSF)

3. Review, evaluate and enhance, where applicable, the outcome evaluation management system

4. Prepare and present information for reports, audits and papers

5. Manage and represent SSI in external audits related to SSI’s CET Centre status and for maintaining articulation pathway for SSI’s programmes into University Programmes

6. Perform review and moderation of assessment records and documentation to ensure they meet the guidelines stated in assessment plans

7. Support ongoing review and enhancement of courseware in collaboration with other departments

8. Review, evaluate and enhance, where applicable, the courseware quality management system in collaboration with other departments

9. Communicate accreditation and compliance requirements to relevant internal personnel for accreditation and validation purposes

10. Oversee and/or perform necessary documentation for accreditation and audit purposes by external bodies (e.g. University Partners, SSG)

11. Review, evaluate, and enhance, where applicable, the quality assurance and control system 12. Other duties as assigned

**Experience**:
Minimum 5 years of working experience in teaching/training in the adult education sector and 3 years of experience in performing data analysis and working with courseware design and development in the adult education sector.

Preferred: Relevant experience in CET Centre and good knowledge of the social service sector.
