**Responsibilities**:
Credit Process Management
- On time reporting and communication (mínimal overdue reviews/reporting)
- Accurate and complete information
- Conforming to internal processes and compliance requirements

Control Management and Internal Customer Service
- Effective and efficient use of internal resources and communications to achieve positive outcomes in a timely manner
- On time preparation and prompt response to internal and external audit
- Appropriate communication and interaction with external customers, banks, advisors, internal colleagues (junior, peer, senior)
- Minimal errors

Credit Risk Management
- Quality of credit papers, reports, analysis, communications
- Ability to distil complex issues and produce credit papers, reports, communications which can be easily understood by relevant Credit Teams
- Demonstrated understanding of workflow and delivery within agreed timeframes
- Timely reporting and consultation with other team members and early escalation to Team Head in relation to issues

Compliance and Internal Processes
- Conforming to internal processes and compliance aspects.

**Job Requirement**
- Tertiary qualification in a business-related field
- Minimum 5-10 years’ credit risk experience within Structured Finance, Corporate Banking or Credit Risk environment, ideally with a Bank or Financial Institution
- Experience of working in a financial services organisation
- Project Finance/Transaction origination/execution/restructuring/workout experience
- Strong knowledge of financial products
- Strong understanding and ability to interpret financial statements
- Strong understanding of banking practices and processes associated with credit control and related administration
