**Responsibilities would include**:

- Support origination and execution of loan capital market opportunities across Asia Pacific (ex-Japan). The team originates and executes loans from LBO, M&A, structured and other sponsor-related transactions for financial sponsors, promoters, large
- and mid-cap corporates.
- Independently run execution of LBO financing, structured financing and corporate M&A financing transactions
- Structuring and negotiation of term sheets/financing grids, prepare / review financial models and other credit analysis work
- Negotiate and review of loan documentations
- Independently prepare / review pitch books, RFPs, term sheets/grid responses, etc.
- Support other strategic initiatives and perform other tasks as required/defined from time to time
- Solid technical/ financial analysis and modelling capabilities
- Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams, externally and internally
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Years of relevant experience: 4-6 (AVP), 6-9 (VP) years in leading financial institutions in leveraged finance, project/ specialized/ structured finance, debt financing or other financing/advisory work involving financial sponsors
- Deep financial modelling experience and demonstrated financial/risk analysis skills
- Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
- Astute and possess a keen eye for detail, good credit sense and critical thinking/analytical skills
- Team player
- Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
- Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
