**AVP/VP Structured Finance
**Job Description**:

- Support origination of debt finance transactions through pitches, financing proposals and pro-active engagement with clients
- Build, review & run sensitivities on financial models
- Oversee all aspects of the execution and administration of transactions from origination to drawdown, alongside our middle office
- Assess requests for consents, waivers and amendments as part of portfolio management
- Develop, implement and monitor compliance with risk strategies, operating policies and practices to ensure effective risk management
- Identity & monitor market developments & opportunities Ability to help develop new client base and products in line with the bank's strategic priorities and conform to our sustainability goals

Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, accounting, investment or project development
- Good understanding of credit analysis processes
- Financial modelling skills
- Ability to think creatively and critically with a combination of strong quantitative analysis, and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Highly motivated, fast learner and desire to work in a structured finance team
- Familiarity and experience with ECA backed financing and other agency financing would be an advantage
