Our client is a leading Financial Institution and is seeking an experienced AVP/VP to place in their Finance team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- FP&A: Providing an indebt analysis of business performance against budget, prepare timely management reports required by the business units and Perform month-end financial close for all deal-related P&L items.
- Act as a Business partner in Finance and work closely with the business in business planning, provide financial input for decision-making.
- Support the business in trade execution and structuring.
- Participate in relevant projects in support of department or Company’s initiatives.

**Role requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy or Finance, Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business finance and performance management in financial institutions
- Good working knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and accounting principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, ability to adapt to team requirements.
- Confident with strong interpersonal skills to able to liaise with relevant senior stakeholders.
