**Financial Controller (India’s Office)**

**Job Summary**:
The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and the strategic management of fiscal resources. His/her expertise will contribute significantly to our client’s financial planning and analysis, as well as assisting in long-term business strategies. Collaborating closely with senior management, you will provide insight into financial trends and forecasts while managing budget preparation and monitoring expenditure, that will allow them to make the best decisions for the company. This position requires a proactive approach in identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement ensuring sustainability, and fostering growth. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and review all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements;
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis and reporting.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projections to ensure financial health.’
- Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Liaison with tax agents to ensure accurate and timely tax submission and handling of tax and transfer pricing audit.
- Look into strengthening current internal control and process improvement.
- Striving for continuous improvement on accounts receivables and stock turnover.
- Handling employee incentive schemes.
- All other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a financial management role, including financial controller experience.
- Have worked in the Big Four Audit Firms.
- Hands-on approach to understand the business fundamentals and guide the team.
- **Experienced in Sarbanes-Oxley Act.**:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, advanced Excel skills is required.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- **Indian Citizenship and permanently based in India.**
