The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting activities within the organization. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and adherence to regulatory compliance. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for the company’s financial strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to create realistic and achievable budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts and projections to guide strategic planning.
- Monitor actual performance against budget, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company’s financial stability.
- Oversee treasury functions, including investment strategies and risk management.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the finance team operates effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and long-term planning.
- Participate in strategic initiatives and projects, offering financial expertise and analysis.
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement new technologies and tools to streamline financial operations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial systems and reports.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Financial Management and Accounting.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA or MBA are preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
