**About the Role**

You will be working closely with our technology experts, and have the chance to be mentored by our CTO. You will be leading a team of Network, System and Cloud engineers to provide professional services to our customers.

You will be working with a team of high-performance individuals and technologists, and will be a key member of the technology management team.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of network and systems engineers in project implementations.
- Be responsible for identifying skills and resources needed for the company.
- Perform Cloud cost-business benefit analysis.
- Design and architect Network, Infrastructure and Cloud architecture models with a hybrid emphasis.
- Define IT operational or governance standards, tools, and other related best practices.
- Lead architecture reviews with project stakeholders.
- Be responsible for technical account management and to provide reporting to customers as required.
- Be comfortable to be involved in hands-on design, configuration, installation, performance tuning, and POCs.

**Experience and Personality Ideals**
- At least 6 years’ experience working on IT projects.
- At least 1 year of Cloud experience, ideally with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Good understanding of security considerations for Infrastructure, Network and Cloud designs and implementation.
- Strong analysis, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrates logical abstract thinking and assimilating/adhering to project goals and deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, vendors etc.
- Resourceful and able to manage your own work with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Know how to have fun in challenging situations.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Infocomm Technology/Data Science would be advantageous.
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies, Cloud or Network would be advantageous.
- Certified TOGAF would be advantageous.
- Other technical certifications would be advantageous.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken required.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month
