**Job Title**: Genesys Cloud CX Engineer

**Location**: Singapore

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Genesys Cloud CX solutions in multi-data center (DC) environments.
- Work on Cloud CX integrations for both voice and digital channels, ensuring seamless functionality across the contact center platform.
- Collaborate with teams to configure and customize solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop custom solutions using Java for extending the Genesys Cloud CX platform.
- Work with YAML to configure and manage system settings, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability of the contact center environment.
- Provide support for multi-DC implementations, focusing on scalability and disaster recovery.
- Stay up to date with the latest Genesys Cloud CX features and industry trends.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 4+ years of experience in Contact Center Genesys Development, including Multi-DC implementation.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Cloud CX integrations for voice and digital channels.
- Proficiency in Java programming for custom development.
- Solid understanding of YAML for configuration management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Ansible is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Knowledge of API integrations and related technologies (REST, SOAP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
