The Product Development Team works with Design, Product Management and other cross-functional partners in the product creation process. Product Development leads the development process, driving craft and profitability, and delivers against factory product creation capabilities. This teams primary responsibility is to find these opportunities and make them come to life. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to execute our mission through collaborative, strategic, innovation solutions in product creation process. Driving operational excellence with the partnership of cross functional stakeholders from WHQ and factories, and optimizing product quality, delivery, sustainability, performance and profitability goals.

- Partner with global counterparts to create calendar & process tools on special product initiatives to ensure countries / teams are serviced with appropriate products
- Keeps abreast of market trends, category goals, new technology and process innovation throughout the development community.
- Utilizes internal and/or external partnerships that leverage resources and enhance business group effectiveness and best practices.
- Drive operational strategies and provide functional leadership to and share expertise with relevant teams in areas related to capacity planning, development process, working & system tools, engineering/costing & meeting all key calendar gates & dates.
