**Reporting to the FPSO Technical Manager, the key responsibilities are**:

- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regards to HSE requirements and to comply with HSE training requirements for the position.
- Compliance with Company Ethics and policies
- Follow-up engineering development by contractor and vendors under the coordination of the Process lead.
- Ensure timely procurement and expediting of the various equipment
- Liaise with QA/QC lead when and/if required for the inspection planned as per ITP,
- Follow-up construction, integration and commissioning activities
- Ensure interfaces between disciplines are well followed: liaise with other discipline involved to ensure best trade-off between various constraints and optimization of package/module.
- Keep regular and good quality communication with his/her counter part(s) on Contractor’s side.
- Report to the FPSO Technical Manager: highlighting main technical issue, area of concern, detailed physical progress, quality etc
- Make recommendations and propose mitigation measures when drift is noticed. Attend any necessary meeting to ensure proper communication with all parties,
- Get support, when necessary, from Discipline and/or relevant engineers. Ensure lessons learnt from previous projects are well integrated for his/her disciplines,
- Contribute to smooth completion before handover to O&M contractor, and in particular, to ensure proper follow-up and commissioning and/or pre-ops teams,
- Providing information to other area leads as required (review of possible change orders, technical queries, planning constraints, etc),
- Liaise with other disciplines as well as Engineering, Procurement, QAQC and commissioning teams as required,

**Requirements for this role**:

- Qualification: Chemical engineering
- At least 15 years with a minimum of 10 years on relevant projects
- Be autonomous, proactive and energetic
- Have strong skills in technical management, in multitasking work
- Work with a strong team spirit, manage skillfully and efficiently the relationships with project team and external teams
- Get the spirit of synthesis, skills for solving technical issues
