Process Engineer

Role Purpose Responsible for developing and reviewing process design deliverables for the FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) project, ensuring compliance with client specifications, safety standards, and international codes. Key Responsibilities Process Design Prepare and review process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Perform process simulations and calculations for FPSO systems (separation, compression, dehydration, etc.). Develop equipment sizing and process datasheets for major equipment. Safety & Compliance Conduct process safety studies (HAZOP, SIL, etc.). Ensure compliance with international standards (API, ASME, ISO) and project-specific requirements. Interface Coordination Collaborate with mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure proper integration of process systems. Provide technical support during design reviews and client meetings. Documentation & Reporting Prepare process design reports and technical notes. Support procurement by reviewing vendor documents and providing clarifications. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering. 5+ years of experience in process design for offshore or FPSO projects. Proficiency in process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, UniSim). Strong knowledge of international codes and standards. Excellent analytical and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
