Clinical supervisor oversees the work of clinic staff members to hone their skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a clinical supervisor helps ensure that a medical facility and its staff maintain a high level of efficiency, ethical and professional standards.

These responsibilities involve achieving the following tasks:
1. Administrative Duties:

- Overseeing the accuracy of the daily takings/profit and loss
- Logging the work hours of the clinic assistants and resident physicians
- Obtaining locum assistance (if required)
- Overseeing the invoices of both company contracts, drug procurements and outstanding bills
- Maintaining the petty cash register
- Preparing cheques
- Acting as the main liaison’s personnel and all other petty administrative matters

2. Clinical Duties:

- Dispensing of medications
- Financial counselling
- Chaperone the Doctor during consult

**Job Requirements**
- Clinic supervisor required for established GP clinic in North/ Northeast
- Proven track record
- Highly motivated and good initiative
- Good communicator both orally and in writing
- Team player
- Min 3-year experience in clinic
- Willing to learn
- Good growth prospects in growing group
- Able to work on weekends
