Clinic Manager/ Clinic Supervisor #79790Industry/ Organization Type Healthcare Position Title Clinic Manager/ Clinic Supervisor Working Location Mount Alvernia Hospital/ Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre Working Hours 5.5 days (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM; Saturday, 9AM-1PM)Salary Package Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits Duration Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations, including appointment scheduling and patient flow. Handle insurance submissions, billing, and related administrative tasks. Oversee manpower matters such as staff scheduling, attendance, and performance coordination. Assist doctors during clinic sessions and ensure smooth clinical support. Maintain a high standard of service and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures. Foster teamwork and effective communication among clinic staff to ensure efficient operations. Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Healthcare Administration or a related field. Prior experience in clinic operations, billing, or healthcare administration is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with doctors, staff, and patients. A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
