Singapore Public Service Division Full time

**What the role is**
- The Communications Cluster manages external and internal communications with PSD's customers, stakeholders, and partners to foster pride, empathy and respect for and within the Singapore Public Service through compelling stories, authentic conversations and innovative channels.

**What you will be working on**
- As part of the Media Relations team, you would: [Specific Job Responsibilities] - Develop and implement media plans including preparing statements, releases, briefing materials, press kits etc, and managing media onsite and for interviews - Devise and implement communications and engagement narratives, strategies and initiatives for Public Service e.g. Public Sector Transformation and PSD priorities, key messages and issues targeted at both external and internal audience groups. - Manage and cultivate good relations with partners and stakeholders (e.g. mainstream and digital media). Collaborate with partners and stakeholders on Service-wide communications programmes, projects and events e.g. Public Service Week - Manage QSM queries and draft empathetic replies to members of the public and other feedback providers. - Support crisis communications or issues management efforts.
