**Requirements**:

- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- Experience in operations support of infrastructure systems. Manage the design and roadmap of the IP Telephony and Audio/Video conferencing landscape.
- Identify improvements and automation opportunities for AVVC management.
- Track and monitor utilization of GIC telephony and video conferencing platforms.
- Able to perform in-depth troubleshooting of production issues and implement resolutions via workarounds. Able to perform technical deployments and releases to production.
- develop automation scripts.
- Collaborate with Team Lead/Technical Specialist and Business Analyst to manage change releases to production.
- Possess good knowledge of and access to a range of
- sophisticated tools and techniques to perform production support troubleshooting and release management functions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, with experience in an ITIL based environment.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
- More than 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and supporting Audio/Video solutions; such as (but not limited to) Crestron AV, AMX AV, Extron AV, Cisco products, Avaya products and Zoom.
- Experience in operations support of infrastructure systems.
