**In this role, you will**:

- To setup sound, light, and video systems for events (both at Singapore EXPO and external venue)
- To conduct pre-checks to ensure sound, light, and video systems and logístical requirements for all events are met
- To standby and manning of sound, light, and video systems for rehearsals and during event days
- To recover sound, light and video equipment and ensure accountability
- To carry out periodic maintenance on sound, light, and video equipment
- To assist in annual stock-take on all audio-visual equipment and updating of inventory
- To prepare events directional and rooms signages as per event requirements
- To prepare Car Park and Cleaning Work Orders in an accurate and timely manner
- To perform daily inspection to ensure the Centre is ready at all times
- To perform joint inspection with Event Organiser to handover and takeover of venue spaces for all events
- Other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer, Operations

**To help you succeed in this role, you should haveITE or Diploma in Audio Visual related field**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in audio-visual related field will be preferred
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, independent and a team player
- Willing to perform shift works and able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
