- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Input invoice data into the accounting system.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
- Prepare payment batches and ensure timely processing.
- Conduct payment runs and reconcile bank statements.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Address vendor queries and concerns promptly.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
