**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer queries verbal and written means
- Efficiently handle customer issues and engage them proactively to ensure prompt resolution
- Ensure timely and effective communication and coordination between customers and internal teams
- Work with other teams to coordinate efficient execution of business tasks
- Use of different tools to keep records up - to - date
- Co
- ordinate with internal team for timely execution of customer requests
- Manage internal softwares/ systems
- Be part of an operations team handling warehousing
- Handle inbound operations including unstuffing, receiving, checking, and put-away
- Handle outbound operations including picking, packing, checking, processing, sorting, and staging
- Use material handling equipment including reach trucks and pallet jacks for goods movement and transfers
- Operate automated machinery and computerized systems for data input and work instruction as part of the logistics process

Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in operations support role

**Skills**:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self - motivated, eager to learn and flexible
- Ability to multi - task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and be challenged
- A strong command of the English language
- Flexible with OT
- Physically Fit & Active

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month
