Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading personal banking customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an** Assistant Vice President, Strategic and Customer Acquisition.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Identify and source for NTB client growth opportunities for HSBC Premier, International Wealth Hub
- Ensure smooth end to end onboarding journey of HSBC Premier new to bank clients
- Well versed in HSBC Premier proposition and Marketing promotions
- Drive clients’ wealth and digital readiness with tight engagements to encourage early funding and PIB registration

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary or equivalent experience
- Strong in client communication skills, ability to handle objections with confidence
- Customer facing experience with high net worth clients
- Independent and resourceful
- Experience in client onboarding, KYC, CDD, EDD requirements will be an added advantage
