The Guided Systems Division focuses on the development of complex guided systems that require multi-disciplinary knowledge in navigation and control, guidance, aerodynamics, electrical, software and mechanical engineering.

Mechanical Engineer

In this role, you will:

- Design, analysis, integration and testing of GW systems and modules
- Be responsible for the development of structural platforms and support technology developmental projects
- Be responsible for the design and analysis of mechanical parts or assemblies, to meet project specifications
- Produce and maintain related design documents (e.g. reports, part drawings)
- Be involved in hands-on work and field trials
- See through the entire product developmental phase, from conceptual design, prototyping, testing, until production and maintenance
- Work in a cross-functional team that spans across multiple disciplines
- Liaise and coordinate work tasks with external collaborators and vendors

**Requirements**:

- Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Competent in CAD software (e.g. Solid Edge, SolidWorks)
- Proficient in structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS and/or NASTRAN
- A team player and work together with team members to achieve project objectives
- Able to work independently and be resourceful
- A positive mindset with the willingness to learn new knowledge
