- Job descriptionKorn Ferry’s Listen practice falls under our Organizational Strategy solution. Korn Ferry is a global leader in employee opinion research. Through customized survey programs, we provide our clients with research-based diagnostic and consulting services to help them improve their business performance. Based on survey results, we work closely with our clients to act with the view to engage and enable their people, attract and retain talent, and improve operating efficiency.

We are seeking an experienced, smart, energetic, and self-motivated Delivery Consultant to deliver employee engagement surveys; diversity, equity and inclusion surveys; employee life-cycle surveys (e.g., onboarding, exit); and pulse survey offerings to our clients. Delivery Consultants will typically lead project teams in collaboration with KF Client Advisors (if any) to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. For more complex, global projects, this role may be overseeing a specific project component or acting in a supportive role. Areas of expertise include Human Resources, Project Management, Survey administration and reporting, and Client Management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in project execution as part of the Delivery team on multiple client-facing projects of varying sizes simultaneously. Take a lead role to deliver up to mid-level complexity projects as a single delivery resource.
- For all projects, be aware of and adhere to the contractual obligations
- For any project in which this position is the single Delivery resource:

- Manage project deliverables against the specifications outlined in the contract.
- Keep Commercial account manager informed about the project, especially during key project milestones (survey administration, dashboard release, project debrief)
- Serve as primary point of contact for direct communication with the client, internal team members, internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Lead regular client-facing project calls (drive preparation, agenda, meeting notes). Participates in internal and external client debriefs, and key client meetings.
- Monitor and manage the project budget, costs, schedule and performance of agreed project deliverables and communicate regularly with key stakeholders on the project status.
- Ensure quality of on own work and others' work as needed (peer reviews); Perform necessary checks to ensure deliverables are of the highest quality
- Participate in training sessions and coaching, including working towards accreditation on the Qualtrics XM Platform
- Contribute to process improvement as part of the Listen team as appropriate
- Support the project’s Senior Consulting lead on project advisory services (i.e. project design, communication design, reporting design, result interpretation and sharing). Coordinate materials production for advisory service deliveries.
- Partner with Consultants and delivery colleagues to support business development by identifying opportunities to expand the business from an expert perspective.
- Maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle. Manage, communicate risks, and put in place appropriate contingency actions.
- Partner with other Listen team members, internal data processing colleagues, organizational analytics teams, as well as Advisory Consultants to ensure the successful and seamless delivery of project deliverables

**EDU**C**A**T**IO**N**, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Social Science, Psychology, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of full-time experience in an internal or external consulting role or project management in the field of Employee Experience/Employee Engagement, with an understanding of business.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client management capabilities in order to successfully partner with and advise clients
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in teams on all aspects of the survey project
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and logical structuring skills.
- Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to excellence, including the ability to balance multiple priorities and provide prompt response to client inquiries
