To support account department in administrative matter

Generate Purchase Order and co-ordinate deliveries different sites

Sorting and matching PO, DO and Tax Invoice

Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.

Receptionist work scope such as handle incoming calls & walk-in “Visitors” & all incoming and outgoing letters

Provide administrative support

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:
Quick learner with no experience are welcome

Proficient in MS Office

Ability to work independently with initiatives
