**Responsibilities would include**:

- Cover loan administration and credit control functions within Business Control Group in support of the department's portfolio
- Make necessary communications with borrower/agent and internal staff to handle credit control work including drawdowns, rollovers, sell downs, repayments, etc.
- Update control / admin sheet, other records from drawdown, rollover, interest fixing and repayments and System updates
- Assist credit officers in Portfolio Management team in handling any associated operational duties on the accounts
- Coordinate and submit required reports periodically and/or ad-hoc basis as required by Management or Group Head
- Prepare and review credit related reports /check sheet
- Assist / support on auditors’ or regulators’ queries and examination
- University degree or above, in any discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a bank, financial institution / middle office in a loan admin, loan operations or Project/ Structured finance middle office role
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with a strong competence to manage conflicting schedules
- Good communication skills and able to interact with colleagues of all levels.
- Ability to work independently to deliver within timeline and timely completion of reports
- Strong attention to details and minimised operational risk errors and loss
- Self-driven, motivated and able to work proactively
