Plan & execute the deployment of desktop systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with IT teams & Project Managers to ensure alignment with timelines / objectives.
- Install, configure and test hardware / software to meet user requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployment-related issues.
- Document deployment processes, ensuring accurate records of installation & configuration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices for IT deployments.
- Train and support end-users in the use of new technologies and systems incl. coordinating UAT’s

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in desktop deployment and support, including campus installs across multiple

business units.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail inc. documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Delivery within multi-national and financial services environment.
